Minimum Requirements

  • High school certificate + 10 years experience in aircraft ground operation or any equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree + 5 years in aircraft ground operation or any equivalent experience.
  • Flight dispatcher license.
  • Medical fitness.
  • Excellent English (Read – Write­ – Speak)
  • Course in Ramp safety and Security.
  • Course in handling and Dangerous Goods.


Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest standards of safety and security at all times
  • Ensuring that safety considerations are given the foremost priority.
  • Apply safety measures as required by the SMS procedures and instructions.
  • Report Incident, accident and\or unsafe conditions immediately
  • Provide and serve aircrafts with required paperwork (Flight plan- NOTAM – Weather reports and Charts, etc.
  • Assign tasks to Operation employee’s accordance with customer demands.
  • Hotel reservations.
  • Prepare and file work orders (arrival- departure- permits) cash / credit.
  • Follow up crew visas.
  • Acknowledge customer mails on a timely manner with replies in line with rules and regulation (e-mails).
  • Coordinate and follow up handling requests at any other airports in the kingdom
  • Crew transportation from/to the terminal.
  • Support other department with their tasks sales and services.
  • Arrange Catering, Fuel and Third-Party services on behalf of customer when requested.
  • Train new subordinates on workflow, rules, and regulations.
  • Identify aircraft parking spots.
  • Hand over and briefing to next shift.
  • Report any incidents or accidents and write technical and administrative reports.
  • Provide any other needed tasks/ services required by management/ Clients/ Government.
